William McDonough is an experienced chef with roots tracing back to the vibrant culinary scene of the East End of Long Island. After refining his skills in this dynamic environment, he pursued formal training at the renowned Culinary Institute of America, graduating in 1993. Williamís journey led him to iconic establishments in New York City, including memorable stints at MAD.61 and Monkey Bar. Transitioning to the tranquil charm of East Hampton, he dedicated three fruitful years to Nick & Toniís, refining his craft amidst the coastal ambiance. Venturing further, William embraced opportunities in Florida, contributing his expertise to venues such as Reunion Resort, where he served as Chef De Cuisine, earning accolades at this esteemed 4-star, 4-diamond property. Additionally, William lent his talents to the culinary team at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Studios, where he flourished in the role of Sous Chef. Further enriching his repertoire, William embraced the challenge of Club cuisine at Interlochen Golf Club in Winter Park, Florida, demonstrating adaptability and creativity in diverse culinary settings. With a passion for culinary innovation and a commitment to excellence, William continues to explore new horizons and delight palates with his culinary creations.
